Yep, tune in some wind. Try 15mph winds with 25mph gusts and go up from there.

You can also mess up all your trims, take off, and then trim it out. That will simulate a rough maiden flight with a badly out of trim aircraft.

You can also have RFG2 throw some other curveballs at you if you have it programmed right: it will automatically reverse a servo channel on you occasionally, and have the engine run too rich, to see how you handle those problems.

BTW - a funny sidenote here: my son found out you can crank the wind up to 100mph+, and you can just watch your airplane blow right off the field!
