Don't sweat it. There are a dozen ways to fix that.Saddle tape can be used, but can become compressed after several flights and allow the wing to move. You can use silicon caulking to fill the gap and then trim off the part that oozes out. One method is to mount the wing at the incedence you want, then take a pencil and trace the wing outline on the fuselage. Then sand parallel to that line at a constant distance from the line. I'm sure that you wil lhear several more methods. The important point is that its not hard to fix, keep going.
