ARF Construction Tips
Here are a couple of ARF tips from the top of my head.....
Shoot some CA on every wood joint inside the fuse that you can see......Mix some epoxy and alcohol and coat the firewall and engine compartment (if applicable) WM (and many others) do this, but I usually put another coat on......Also coat the fuel tank compartment if accessible......I also use straight epoxy and run a bead along the joints of the firewall. When screwing a cowl on, back out the screws and put a couple drops of CA into the holes and let it dry before re-attaching the cowl......this is also a good idea with servo-mounting screws........always make sure that pre-installed blind nuts are secure...if not, add a drop of CA to the flange....
There are many, many more, but I can't think of anything else right now...
