Twist the glow plug leads around each other that will help. A poor ground at the glow plug  can cause the high rpm reading too.  Did you extend the glow plug leads? Using wire that is too light a gauge will make it worse. Not really a big deal if the turbine lights off and starts ok. Rpm readings will return to normal as soon as the ECU sees ignition (heat) and turns off the glow plug.</p>
