Yes, it will fly with the 3200 mah battery.
I even fly mine with a 2200 mah battery when that's the only thing charged up at the time.
I can get up toabout 12 minutes with the 4400 mah, about 1/2 full throttle. I fly more moderately with the 2200 mah pack and get a little over 6 minutes with it.
