There seems to be a wide varied "like" on C of G, 7 3/4" was the figure talked about by the guys in Germany. Better safe than sorry though!
Surprised your flap linkage is flexing, how free is the flap without the linkage attached?

C-ARF have no plans to do a cockpit at this time, some people will buy the Skymaster unit and fit that, I'm making a simple one from two of Graupner's Ejector seats and a pilot.
