I think Isee why the flap pushrods flex... when Ilook at the horn that is installed on the flap(s) and sight into the interior of the plane with the flaps down, there is a misalignment with the servo output arrm. In other words, there is NOT90 degree relationship to the flap servo. In order for this to be 90 degrees, the flap servo would have to be moved towards the direction of the wing tips about an inch!
