Throttle cut and Idle-down only work on "Throttle".  To get the same operation on additional throttle channels, you'll have to use a pmix set as an offset, and then set to the same switch as function you want to work with.

If you set all three of your engines to work as "throttle", then the throttle-cut and idle-down functions will work on all of the channels.
