Default Canopy Glass HELP

Guys,

Worked on installing my canopy glass on my MB339 today. I was able to cut and fit it no problem, however the clear lexan has issues. As you may know on the 339 the canopy is "bulbous" and kind of bulges as it moves from the lower part of the frame to the top of the canopy...if I am making any sense...

Anyway, the lexan is rippled and deformed on one side and looks like crap, totally not acceptable. The lexan fit really good except for this one area so my question is there any way to fix it or is it just toast and thats that? I was thinking that if I could apply even pressure to the inside of the canopy and then slowly heat the exterior with a hair dryer I might be able to reform the canopy just enough to fix it. I was thinking of fitting a large balloon inside the canopy, inflate it to apply pressure and then heat the leaxan.....

You guys have any ideas? Ihave already contacted Anton at SM to see if he could send new lexan pieces, he has been very good in the past in making things right so I have no worries there but I would like to just fix what i have and move forward.

So, who has the "duh, Ishould have thought of that !" Idea?
