Do yourself a favor and save the coin for an O.S. if you are going to use a two stroke engine.
Especially if you plan to race it, You need for the engine to be reliable. It's not always the fastest that wins. More often, the most consistent.
In my 34 years of playing in this hobby, Ihave never had an OS that wouldn't run like a watch.
Ihave seen other folks using other brands that caused them more trouble than Iwill accept from an engine.
The amount of enjoyment you get from your hobby is in this case directly linked to the quality of the equipment that you use.
So, how much finicky engine type problems are you willing to tolerate when you just payed 35 bucks to enter a race?
