I have heard BT fuel will cause your oneways to slip like crazy due to the gobs of dye in it.  I run Sidewinder 10% oil 20% nitro, when I switched up to 12% oil for a change, the engine ran hotter and performance was a little crapper.  Now I run Sidewinder 10% oil.  The good range for oil is 8-12%.  Anything over 12% is pointless and causes more issues than help.  To a newbie it doesn't make much sense but like Chris said, it does after a little while.  I have run sidewinder with good performance.  Sometimes I think fuel choices come down to personal opinion over price.  In theory they are "all the same" just some act differently than others.
