My Airboss 45 fit lengthwise. I don't remember if it sticks out a bit or not. It's not a problem, though. I used to use velcro only, but now I don't use velcro anymore and use zip ties instead. Straight to the wood. Since electrics have no vibrations (if you balance your prop, which we all do, hm? :-) ), it doesn't need to be plushy!
