Unfortunately you have to by the dampening shims and the spindle set (with o-rings) separately I believe.

All these parts are located very fastidiously in each main blade grip. See your manual for the parts layout. There is also a thrust bearing and stepped washer in there. It's a real pain to take apart and reassemble. You will need TWO 1.5 mm hex drivers to do it.
