Default RE: New e-Flite CP Pro 2

I don't know how the carbon fiber blades would hold up against tree limbs, but I did have the "opportunity" to test them against grass today. I didn't get far enough over the pavemment when I set it down, and since the edge of the pavement is sloped, the blades dipped into the grass to about a third of way in from the tips. It was a soft landing, so the RPM stayed high while the mulching was in progress. With my (limited) experience with the stock set, and after reading many posts from others, I would say that this would have shredded the covers off of the woodies. But, a couple of wipes with a wet paper towel and the CFs are like brand new!
Todays session was also my first without the training gear. It is now .44 degrees nose down CG, so I spent most of the session working on the new trim setting for that, and some roll trim adjustments (which I didn't expect.) I did get enough air time to notice that it is quite a bit more responsive than it was with the gear on, so I will need to work on my timing for a flight or two before I move on.

tbosco, $10+ s&h seems like a steep price for 5 cents worth of O-rings! Do you happen to know what size they are? I will gladly look for a supplier and share the info.
