Get a HOBBY heat gun meant for shrinking covering. Hair dryers are too cool and the guns you can get at the hardware store for stripping paint and such are much too hot and will destroy the covering.

And remember guys, this guy is in Cyprus. Probably can't run to the LHS as easy as we can.
