<span style="font-size: small">Jeff mentioned this earlier and I've used it before and it works great.

Use an old servo arm for a plastic nut. On the HK450 build, I took a servo arm / horn and enlarged the existing hole with a 1/64 inch drill bit. Then I super glued the servo arm to the back side of the tab of the servo. This holds it in place and makes installation a snap. See photos.
