I would go with a 2208 emax motor, either a 12 or 18A turnigy plush esc, hxt 500 servos, 2s1300 evo or eon lipo(flightpower) and a Sombra labs rx. Depending on the prop you should have plenty of power. The motor esc and servos are from HobbyCity and are mainstays in my gear. I recommend getting that esc programming card as well.. You would be looking at about $40 at HC, thae battery usually goes for twenty something and the RX is $35. The rx may be a bit of overkill but Sombra has never dropped out or glitched on me. You could get a Zippy battery from hc and save a couple of bucks there as well.
