Hi,Thought I would join the chat. I had two <place>Corby</place>’s. Unfortunately I wrecked them both but its one of best planes I have ever owned. I bought a Troll pilot for it off eBay; he came with a pilot’s jacket. He survived both wrecks so I retired him. After about a year and a few other planes I realized how much I missed my <place>Corby</place>. I want looking for another one but obviously they are hard to find. One thing I don’t understand if the little <place>Corby</place> was not selling and got discontinued why would Hobby People turn around and make a bigger one for a lot more money? Go figure!So I searched the internet and literally called hobby shops all over the <country-region><place>USA</place></country-region>. I finely found one in a neighboring state but the small shop doesn’t ship. And so I tried to find some who was traveling their and maybe they could bring it back with them…no luck. After bugging the shop owner for a few weeks he said he was planning a trip to <place>S. California</place> so he could bring it but I would still have to wait a few more months.It seems like I talked everyone about it in the club but one day at the field a guy comes up to me and said, You use to have a Corby didn’t you. My ears perked up…I said yes and I have looking for one for months. He hadn’t been around much and had missed my inquiries. Anyway he said he had one that he wanted to sell. Trying to slow my heart down I asked how much. He said $125, without hesitation I said yes. He said he would bring it to the field next weekend but I couldn't wait so I said lets go to your house now. So finely I have another one.The one in the hobby shop is still there but I’m not telling were because as soon as I have the dough and a way to get there I’m going to buy it too.
