I purchased an Accipiter Badius several weeks ago and still have not been able to fly it for the first time. After charging the battery the first time, I ran the aircraft anchored in my house to get an idea of what kind of flight time to expect. It lasted only a little over 5 minutes varying throttle and surface movements etc.
But now the battery will not recharge at all.
I've attempted e-mail support with no response other than expect a response in 1 or 2 days and a phone number to call. I would much rather get support via email even if I have to wait a day or two. For me, that's preferrable to 20 minutes on the phone.
I can't find the order number, but I assume you can find it using my name / e-mail.
