I do not know how it will turn out, but I got around to finding some stuff to put in the tank to hopefully cut down on the fuel movement and picking up air bubbles. I will let you know how it comes out.

What about PollyFill (polyester pillow stuffing) ? I wonder if that wouldstand up to the fuel?
