I would;
get a 6V pack.
Try standards, see if she needs any more.
Maybe look for a cheap second hand 9202, or something similar for rudder.
If you need anything more, then I think that JR has a 5kg standard servo, and I think futaba have 3010s, which are said to be more powerfull too.
