I just scored one of these for $15AU.
Havent' started it up yes as when you spin the wheel by hand it "catches" every now and again.
Most likely one of the bearings are gone as the brushes are ok.
I found a good exploded view diagram showing all the bits, but I'm just a bit wary of pulling it apart.
So my question is - has anyone pulled one (or anything similar) apart before and what should I be careful of in terms of things that might "fall out" etc.
Or is it pretty straight forward as in take one piece off at a time?
