Yes, it has been rumored darkly around the field that the gods are greatly displeased by the ARFs now being offered up. Some even suggest that the gods have forsaken our field; that the Great Spirit of Aeromodeling has departed. The Old Ones tell us stories of days when balsa kits ruled the skies. The Young Ones do not believe them, of course. Surely the Old Ones jest when they speak of silk and dope and hours spent on rib-stitching and rivets.
