Guys,
I just took delivery of my new MegaPower Infinity 960 SR with the 12 S lithium cell balancer.
The problem is that I can not make the balancer work with the charger; I can get to the point that I can read the cell voltage in the charger but when I try to charge or discharge, I get an error that the battery is not connected.
I have checked the instruction and every cable looks to be connected correctly.
Also the Balancer only has one button the MODE button, and you should be able to change from LiFe to LiPo, but I just get LiFe lit, and can´t change it.
I can get the battery to charge if I connect straight to the charger but through the balancer does work, is like one doesn´t see the other.
Is my balancer broken, faulty? or am I doing something wrong with this unit?
hook up both the main connector to the battery
and the balance connector. they should both be connected at the same time in order to charge is my guess (that's how it works on my T2, TP1010C and TP610C)
