The closer you get to 0 is like getting closer to 100% because less than 50 is HH greater than 50 is normal, 50 is mid point, think of it as 0 or the starting point of your sensetivity <(spelling) for each mode.
But just remember that its only a difference of 50 expressed as 100%.
