That's the fairgrounds not the flying field. The flying field is on burbank in the big curve near Highland.

I wouldn't fly out at the fairgrounds if you paid me to with a free plane. I've seen people flying down the median of Airline Highway from the fairgrounds (a 4 lane very busy highway) and once saw a guy crash a Heli across the road into a parked car at the contractors office there. I think a lot of the heli folks go there but flying a plane there seems like a really bad idea.
