Default RE: Look what I did today! Hyper 7 project

the wing came with the rolling chassis as well as all the carbon fiber and the light weight PCR racing shock towers an extra chassis and mud guards. paid 70 bucks for that and a huge bag of parts as you could see from the pics. I then paid the same ebay selle 150, for like30 something bags of NIP parts including extra carbon fiber tray and brace, even though I could have just bought one new for the 375 I spent, I ended up with damn near enough parts to build a secon buggy... not quite, but close.

I figured I may as well just replace everything on it with new stuff since I had it all, anyways. the only hop up part I bough for it was the lundfors titanium pins. all in all I cannot wait to get this thing finished and the new engine broken in. ought to be fun to bash with till I can afford to get a good brushless combo for it so I can race it at one of the local tracks ( they only race electrics due to noise ordinances) I already have a novak BL converson kit so it will be soon I hope!

the wing is made by HiMoto I believe it is a 1st gen version, but I found a link to the newest version which looks like you hve to drill the holes for your buggy.

it is a ROAR legal race wing, and slick as heck!
