I have a question regarding full throttle on the engine. I know in hover it is not needed. But more or less in the higher pitch areas.

Do you set up full throttle before the blades meet max pitch? I was wondering because if WOT is at max pitch it does not seem it would ever get max power since the blades was loaded up way before. Do you set up WOT a little before max pitch? Or do you never use WOT settings?

Reason I am asking is because on my Raptor I am having a hard time keeping head speed up. It bogs down when exiting rolls or loops sometimes.

I am totally new at doing aerobatics with my Heli so this is all new to me. There are only 2 of us at our field with Helis so don't have much help.

I have not set up my pitch yet for 3D because mostly no Idea how to do anything. The most negative pitch I have is -2 degree and thats about it.

I guess I need to just do it and get up high and see what happens. I seen some very basic looking maneuver's but no clue how they done. Like just going in a circle with nose high tail at ground and rotating in a circle.
