Sorry to hear about your dissapointment.
Your absolutely right about there respons to emails.
Also its a shame they didnt update the manual to the UL.
But I am really happy with the UL and the way it flies. :-)
The only issue I have is that one geardoor wants to go open in a full power dive.
The plane is so neutral, I have no knife edge mixers needed!!
This is the first time I experienced that in a airplane. :-)
Hope you will enjoy the UL in the end.
