gauge32.ocx looks like it's a mandatory Visual Basic file of some kind Xairflyer. I'm guessing that all the screens you see when using the software are VB screens i.e. the app is written in VB, probably using the VB run-time engine (??).

There's plenty of info and versions of gauge32.ocx on the net - in English.

Try Googling 'gauge32.ocx' and you'll see what I mean.
