We got back from our day trip a little sooner than planned so I was able to get the gyro setup. Thanks for your support, everyone. It helped a lot! Y'all are great!
So... I should have been able to maiden the helicopter tonight, but no go. The blades that came with the helicopter just won't teeter properly. In fact, they didn't teeter at all. Center of gravity is more than 3mm apart so... the blades are bad. Of to a hobby shop in the area tomorrow and get new blades.
That's about it for now.
