The GP Easy Sport, while mostly considered a trainer, can be quite maneauvarable, and is a good stepping stone to more sophisticated planes.
I have also seen many fairly new pilots with the Avistar, and am pretty impressed with how many staunts it can do and the general flying characteristics.
