Hi all,

I could use a bit of advice if anyone if willing. When I fire up the boat it idle's fine and when I open up the throttle it is pretty responsive and screams (on shore). However, when I put the boat in the water I can not get the throttle to open up and it is very sluggish. Is the engine not warming up in the water? There seems to be a decent amount of water inside the boat when I pull it out of the water. Is this contributing to the sluggish motor and where is the water coming in? Thanks in advance for the help...
