One thing we all forgot to mention.
Flying too close to high voltage can also cause problems. There was a field in GA I like to fly in and it had large power lines on one side of the field. Everytime I got with in 200ft of the lines my Aerobird would start glitching real bad and I almost lost her a couple of times. I learned to stay away from power lines. There can also be underground power lines that can cause problems. I knew some guys that were having trouble running RC boats in their local pond and found out that there were some power lines that went right through it.


So anyway, it it is working, fly it a few more times and see of the glitch comes back. You may not have to mess with the diode at all.
