The problem with hard case LiPo's is that if a cell puffs, you wouldn't know it, and continuing to run the pack like that would result in something like what happened in the 1st post, it would probably split the case and fire inhibitor or not, would probably go up in flames.
I am pretty sure that Tenergy Lipos are not hard cased Lipos.
