Regarding the photo of Ed...here is the reply I received yestereday:

"...Rusty,

The photo was taken at Ed's home on a lake in South Holland, Illinois in the year 2006.

Ed was inducted into the VR/CS Hall of Fame that year and I spent an afternoon at his house.

I presented him with the plaque for this honor but do not remember the exact words.

I have attached a couple photos to this email I took that day with Ed holding the award..."
