Think the 40's will be big enough?
I run a pair of Super Tigre 40's with 10x6APC props on mine. It doesn't leap off the ground, rather it requires a "scale" take off but once airborne it's plenty fast enough and has reasonable vertical. Go Dubro 2 1/2" wheels for the mains and a 2" for the nose.
