Good to know about promatch customer service. I have a friend who was sponsored by Promatch and I bought 3 energ 4600 platinum, 1 ep4200 gold, and a promatch battery case all new for $50. Well after a few charges one or 2 of my energ cells are dead. I wanted to know about price for replacing the cells but looks like that won't work. All the batteries have about 10-15 cycles, always dischartged and equalized, never dead shorted.
