The engine has heaps more torque. Vertical on the same throtle curve is equal to the dl100 at only 2/3 of the stick. The header length has been shortened to,can`t remember and the cans are the chinese crappy ones(so others say) with the stinger length reduced. After 300ml of gas it turned my mejzlich 28x10 at 6500rpm steadily.

All respect but you can see the lip, in one attachment ,i have machined. All the machining was done with the crank/shaft/case and everything else still bolted on. You can also see it is the original case in another as it is marked DL 100.

The cylinders, pistons and crank case are lighter and so is my whole motor. But it is modified and not the same as a genuine DLE111

I did also find the bolt holes that hold the cylinder down closer together on the DL100. So that had to be seen too.I recomend that you buy a case, gaskets and some good quality Japanese bearings for the best conversion,as i did with my first dl50 upgrade
