You're right, I see the DL100 now, my mistake. After I blew the picture up I can see the clearance made in the crankcase for the cylinder stubs, looks like it was done with a diegrinder or a dremel tool. The cylinder to connecting rod alignment is critical to the survival of thethrust side of the piston, though Iwould have chosen a new crankcase it looks like a fun experiment. I have sold the parts to do this conversion to a couple of customers, if you include crankshaftmain bearings it runs about $325 in parts.
