Brian, I am with Chic... the greater the input into this thread, the better this thread can serve as a resource for those who follow. We really appreciate your comments, hints and perspectives.

By the way, Brian, what material did you use for your raised panels/hatches and the trim around the windows? Looks like maybe 1/64th ply, but hard to tell from your photos.
