Follow the steps, the plan does work. I believe that I requested the claim paperwork and it was mailed to me within a few days. I believe Ilona helped me straighten my claim out. The AMA insurance is secondary, but since everyone who has a primary has a deductible, the AMA insurance can basically pay the deductible on the primary.

It does work...
