Default RE: Great Planes p51 First Time Kit Build Thread

Howdy, I have the nose cone in the way of the size of prop I'm using, I forgot it's been a while sense I've flown her or biult this bird; she hangs from the ceiling now days. I'm building another Top Flight Spitfire, so I've been waiting on landing gear funds to complete her. I'll pull the flight picks and post them, she's only been flown once and it was flawless, these Mustangs fly very well, a novice or intermeadiate expert could have a lot of fun. I wouldn't start out with this plane. You might get lucky if you've flown before, but it takes a steady stick to land her. I have so many other airplane pictures I have a tough time finding the Mustang pictures in all my folders! I hope I got the right ones! starcop

Opps! One is of my Corsair before take-off. The Mustang is just landing they mist the plane slightly, ha ha. Oh, well I do have a few of it in the air, I'll have to sort all these pictures out. Not sure on prop size; it's around 11.7 (3 blade, master air screw) in fact I'm sure that's what I used. With an OS .46 or .52 two stroke, gee I'm getting "sea-nile!
