Hi Joe; Hows everything going?? I dont think it will burst into flames :stupid: but like anything new and un-tested you will want to keep a close eye on it for sure. At least for a while untill you feel that everything is OK. I would start with some ground runs with the fuse all closed up. (You will probably be doing some anyway checking out everything on the new plane) Then pull the top hatch off and see how "warm" the inside of the tunnel feels (The side inside the fuse)
At the VERY worst you would probably get some indicators, smell, something before anything like flames would happen.

Also you cant see it in the pic but the exit hole in the bottom of the fuse is really quite large; I think a lot of air will get pulled out of there.
