5/5/5 diffs, 45wt f/r, -2 camber f/r, laydown shocks in front, upright in back, -3 toe out in rear and 0 in front. should be a good start and not much to change from there. good luck.
Thanks for the info! definately need to change the diff oil then and readjust the front shocks and see how it does! already have the camber and toe set just as you recommended, and got my droop and ride height also, don't have the toe gauge, so I'll have to wing that one
