it does have a BEC... the BEC wires are three glued to one another... white, black and red... those output 5V to power the receiver... the three red wires go to your motor... and the black and red on input side to Lipo... you need a male deans plug to connect it to the Lipo... you need to solder all the wires... you will need gold plated connectors which should have come with the motor to solder to the red wires...
