Let the CA dry??? OOPS!!!! I use medium CA or the tooth pick trick. Just depends on how bad the hole is.
Another old trick is to open the hole up a little then glue in a piece of nyrod. You can remove and replace the screw hundreds of times without the threads ever getting loose.
