soled
I also soloed on Wednesday night. My instructor was with me and after a few flights on the BB, he pulled the cord and handed me my RD6000. Boy was I scared. I took off and landed 3 times on the field. Our field is not the easiest to land on because it crowns severly. It was to be a highway, and never got stoned or paved. The flat part is 25-30' wide before it crowns. My problem is coming in to the center of the runway. I still have a lot to go before I green string. I will have to be able to take off, land do touch and go's, figure 8's and stall and regain control of the aircraft in flight. My instructor is the greatest guy though. I might get to go up today, can's wait.
