Ok so i got a problem w/ my e-start on my menace 21.

When i put the drill and try cranking the engine nothing happens. The engine doesn't turn over, but the e-start just spins. I pulled out the whole assembly and can't for the life of me figure out why it isn't working. I read some posts saying that it needs to be clean and dry, so i cleaned the whole assembly and put it back together and still nothing. If anyone knows anything on how to fix this problem that would be awesome.
