My daughter when she was 1 was attacked by a dog in her face and the plastic surgon used that stuff to glue her cuts back together and he said if that did not work they were gonna have to do plastic surgery but that stuff does work great! But I always have a First Aid kit in my truck! But yes that is a great idea to have one in your truck when you do go to the field!
